He is survived by: his wife Leona Marie Mehl; his sons, Brian Czerwonka of Tuscola, Scott Czerwonka of Tuscola and Chris Czerwonka of Tuscola; his grandchildren, Wade (Ali), Whitney and Emily Czerwonka; his great grandchildren, Addison, Ava and Gia Czerwonka; and his siblings, Melvin Czerwonka of Effingham, Madeline Horath of Mattoon and Wanda Miller of Mattoon.
