With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn L. Froman (Tuscola, Illinois), who passed away on April 21, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer S. and Grace Biddle Chandler; her brothers, Fred Chandler and Lowell Chandler; her grandson John Jay; and her sons-in-law, Glen Jay and Henry Mohn.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale H. Froman; her daughters, Pat Jay of Tuscola and Judy Powell (Tom) of Tolono; and her grandsons, Gary Jay, Steve Powell and Kevin Powell. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Evelyn L. Froman, 96, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 10:30 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Tuscola Health Care Center, where she had been a resident since December of 2008, suffering from Alzheimer's.
