He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore "Pete" and Hilda A. Hansen Foster; and his sister Norma Lawhorn. He is survived by : his spouse Marilyn M. Palmer; his sons, Jim Foster (Debbie) of Tuscola, IL, Dave Foster (Barb) of Tuscola, IL and Eric Foster (Karen) of Thedosia, MO; and his grandchildren, Kenny Foster of Christopher Foster, Katie Foster, Brittney Foster, Jamie Foster and Sam Foster.
