He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Allen and Lela Albin Allen; his wife Wilma; his daughter Debra; his grandsons, Spencer A Smith and Jack J Heretik; his sister Martha Crane; and his nieces and nephews, Connie, Doris, Becky, Linda, Rita, Marsha, Ken, Steve, Jim, Mike, Jerry, Harry and Richard (Sexton).
