It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Waldrop of Tuscola, Illinois, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waldrop and Elizabeth Burrows Waldrop; his wife Lucille Baker; his daughter Vickie Bailey; and his siblings, Marjorie McIntosh and Gene Waldrop.
He is survived by: his partner Shirley Schweighart; his children, John Michael Waldrop of Tuscola and Linda Burkholder of Tucson, AZ; and his siblings, Betty Martin of Danville and Joe Waldrop of Tuscola. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
