He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl James and Reba Florence Curry (Mock); and his brother John T. Curry. He is survived by: his wife Sue Eldridge Curry; his sister Loretta Vaughn (Curry); his children, Eric H. J. Curry (Paula) of Marshall, R. Dawn Hanke (Dan) of Tuscola, Vanessa E. Curry of Cookeville, Tennessee and Gail D. Kearns (Terry) of Paducah, Kentucky; and his stepchildren, Tom K. Gossett (Jami) of Phoenix Arizona and Patricia Chafian (Ervin) of Lincoln, Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Atwood.
