With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Rentschler of Tuscola, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stumeier and Marie Cordts Stumeier; her husband Donald Louis Rentschler; and her son Robert Eugene. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Joan; her son-in-law Galen Ochs of Arthur; her grandchildren, Christy, Robert II of Mississippi and Alyssa Ochs (Sridhar Balasubramanian); her great grandchild Ravi Chandran of Placitas; her brother Glen; her sister-in-law Janet Stumeier of Tuscola; her nephew David (Michelle); and her great-nephews, Caleb (Rachel), Ethan and Tim Stumeier.
The family requests that masks be worn and that social distancing is observed.
