She was predeceased by: her parents, David Henderson and Nell Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Glenn D. Benson; her children, Dawn Scatterday (Doug) of Tuscola and Boyd Henderson (Virginia) of Tuscola; her grandchildren, Blake Stokes of Alexandria, LA, Paige Wagner (Kevin) of Chicago, Jamie, David, Angie Henderson, Lauren Carter of Urbana and Meredith Richardson of Leroy; and also Alice Vaughn. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church or to the Tuscola Health Care Center.
