In the vast expanse of eternity, Sharon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sharon farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Winn and Dorothy Winn (Jenkins); and her son Steven D. Sypult. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her stepdaughter Evette Yates (Jeff) of Charlottesville, VA; her grandsons, Calvin Yates and Spencer Yates; and her caregiver Burnham Hospital.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel (1900 Philo Rd, Urbana, IL 61802). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grandview Memorial Gardens (Champaign, IL 61822).
