She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Shartzer and Patsy Shartzer (Todd); and her grandson Noah. She is survived by : her husband David W. Hertzner, Jr.; her children, Tracy Welling (Jordan) of Ladd, Sarah Hertzner of Peru and David Hertzner (Sarah) of Oglesby; her grandchildren, Shane, Lincoln, Xavier, Darren, Constance, Kayleigh, Kason, Charleigh and Khloe; and her sister Sandy Shartzer of Streator.
