He is survived by : his birth parents, Joel Edwards (Patsy) of Ridgeway, VA and Wilma Mandrell of Panama City, FL; his daughters, Rebeka (Elijah Hiatt) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Hailey Black of Denver, CO and Kaylin Black of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Aiden of Mt. Vernon, IL, Hudson of Mt. Vernon, IL and Gwendolyn of Mt. Vernon, IL; his siblings, Mike Edwards (Sandy) of Galax, VA, Vanessa (John Dryden) of Poquoson, VA, Shelly Pittenger of Calvert City, KY, Kelly Edwards of Paducah, KY and Jackee Rhodes of Panama City, FL; his stepsiblings, Chad Stallard (Hope) of Ridgeway, VA and Jerry Stallard of Martinsville, VA; and his pets, Blackey and Browney. He is also survived by extended family, countless friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Northside Christian Church (1845 Jackson St, Vandalia, IL 62471). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
