He was predeceased by: his grandson Elwood "Billy" Dyck III; his siblings, Shirley McCoy, Ethel Marquard, Jerome, Robert, John and Calvin Meyer; and his nephew Glen "Cookie" Marquard.
He is survived by: his parents, John W. Meyer and Tillie Meyer; his wife Shirley Meyer of Venedy, IL; his children, Elwood Dyck (Janey) of Paso Robles, CA, Mark Dyck (Barbara) of Atlanta, GA, Denise Dyck of Venedy and Terrie McMillian (James) of Venedy; his grandchildren, Emilie Tonn (Travis) of Fresno, CA, Lisa Dugan (Gareth) of Atlanta, Mark Godbey, Josh Godbey, Kimberly Mason of Colfax, IL, J. D. McMillian and Allen W. McMillian; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Meyer of Lincoln, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or to the charity of the donor's choice, and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
