He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. "Chuck" Sauerhage; and his grandparents, Henry and O'linda Sauerhage. He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Sauerhage (Mindy) of Trenton, IL and Corey Sauerhage of Albers, IL; his granddaughters, Mariah Nelson (Ryan) and Hannah Sauerhage; his stepgrandchildren, Phillip, Autumn and Matthew Wells; his siblings, Cathy Shubert (Lloyd) of Lively Grove, IL, Jean Siegel (Eugene) of Addieville, IL and Gary Sauerhage (Doris) of Mascoutah, IL; and his daughter Diane Sauerhage. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
