She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Hoffmann. She is survived by: her children, Lori Scholz (William), Donald "Beau" (Michelle), Patricia Segreti (Michael), John (Jina), Elizabeth Lubertozzi (Steven), Jennifer Wagner (Patrick) and Alice Larson (Reyna); her grandchildren, Colleen Nicholson (Andrew), Patrick, Brianna Hoffmann, Jack Ryan Vos, Kathleen Jachimowicz (Adam), Isabella Hoffmann, Matthew (Erin), Margaret, Frankie Soto, Alison Kotsakis (Corey), Lillian, Madeline and Erin Wagner; her great grandchildren, James Patrick and Bridget Kotsakis; her siblings, Maureen, Anne (late Rick), Tom (Nyla), Fran (Larry) and Richie (Amy); Eddy and Billy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steuerle Chapel (15 W Park Blvd, Villa Park, IL 60181). A prayer will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church (779 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
