He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion J. Basso and Mary T. Basso (Tkach). He is survived by : his wife Linda Rose Basso (Rekart); his sister Doris Dooley of Saint Louis, MO; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Dooley of Saint Louis, MO, Deborah West (Brett) of Madison, IN, Karen Gaus (Elmer) of Chesterfield, MO and Jeanne Server (Don) of Hanover, IN; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Gaus, Travis Server, Mark Server, Heather Boots, Rob Rohrer and Lisa Mack (Brandon); and also, Jenna Rohrer, Olivia Mack, Jake Mack and Luke Mack.
