He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle A. Walters and Ruby La Vera Walters (House). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jo Ann Walters of Wapella, IL; his children, Franklin Michael Walters (Susan) of Heyworth, IL and Lori Ann Orthen (Richard) of Stuart, FL; his grandchildren, Chris Walters (Laura) of Sycamore, IL, Nick Walters (Amanda) of Normal, IL, Ashleigh Metzler (Cullen) of Mesa, AZ and Zach Orthen (Melissa) of Hialeah, FL; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Hunter Walters, Charlotte, Caroline, Clementine and Claire Metzler.
