He was predeceased by : his parents, Casey Jatczak and Theresa Jatczak. He is survived by : his wife Pamela Jatczak; his sons, Scott Jatczak (Laurie), Jason Fowler and Edward Bartels (Stacy); his grandchildren, Sera, Triston, Grace and Sophia; and his siblings, Steven Jatczak (Val) and Marianne Jendrycki (Dan). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
