She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Schmidt and Viola Schmidt (Uphoff); her son Leslie Koch; and her sisters, Evelyn Sauvage of Roanoke and Dorothy Isaia of Roanoke.

She is survived by : her husband Milton Henry Koch; her children, Rosann "Rose" Byram (Dean McCullough) of Metamora, Daniel Koch and Bonnie Renken (late Keith) of Varna; her grandson Jacob Byram (Emily) of Kansas City, KS; and her great grandchild Sadie Mae Byram.

Memorials may be made to the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice or to the Washburn Ambulance.
