It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen L. Horn of Washburn, Illinois, born in Mendota, Illinois, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Horn and Mary Harris Horn; and his wife Helen Ann Blackburn. He is survived by : his children, April Chaney (PJ), Adam Bend (Sherry), Andrea Langham (Mark), Abygail Horn and Zachary Horn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
