She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Edwin Arnett and L. Blanche Arnett (Downs); her husband John Weygand; her brothers, Edwin Davis Arnett and Chalmer Edwin Arnett; her children, Dawn Mishler (Clyde) of East Peoria and Scott Weygand (Esther) of Washburn; her grandchildren, Kourtney Burton (Brett) of Washington and Jonathan Phelps (Julie) of Washington; her great grandchildren, John Phelps of Washington, Carter of Washington, Cole Burton of Washington, Bryson Phelps Burgess of Washington and Ashlynn Phelps of Washington; her stepgrandchildren, Charles Golden (Marissa), Samantha Golden (Carlos Gonzalez) and Sarah Kasnick (Dolan); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter, Aubrey Golden, William Gonzalez, Allie and Wilson Kasnick.
Margaret volunteered with Community Hospice of America and RSVP, both located in Peoria.
Memorials may be made to Morton United Methodist Church Building Fund or Sunnyland Christian Church Choir and Bus Ministry.
