It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Tincher (Washington Park, Illinois), who passed away on November 25, 2017, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Tincher and Lucy Tincher; and his brother Howard Tincher, Sr.. He is survived by : his sister Jearldean Barker of Caseyville, IL; and his nephew Howard.
