She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Rodgers and Veda G. Rodgers (Dunn). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wayne Lewis of Washington; her daughters, Tammy Wilkins (Joseph) of Washington and Toni Shinn (Scott) of Eureka; and her siblings, Rod Rodgers (Melissa) of Oklahoma City, OK and Donna McSparin (David) of Marissa, IL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
