It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Wagnaar of Washington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Maxwell and Agnes May Maxwell; her husband Albert Wagnaar; her children, Clay Wagnaar (Julie) of Lake Placid, FL and Karen Kristler (Lonnie) of Washington; her grandchildren, Jeff Wagnaar (Brittany), Natalie Green (Bruce), Matthew Kristler, Cody Kristler and Angie Wages (Scott); and her daughter-in-law Nancy Wagnaar. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Unity Point Hospice or the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.
