He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Allen and Eva Turner Allen; and his siblings, Bob and Betty. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Steinseifer of Washington; his sons, Sean Allen (Lori) and Shane Allen (Tiffany Harrison); and his grandchildren, Nina, Chase, Blake and Lucas.
