With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mae Magnuson (Washington, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur A. Samms and Viola M. Samms (Bolton); her husband Paul H. Magnuson; her son Stephen Brecklin; and her siblings, Arthur Samms, Ann Hany and Midge Nieukirk.
She is survived by: her former husband Jack L. Brecklin, Sr.; her sons, Jack L. Brecklin, Jr. (Lisa) of East Peoria and Dan Brecklin (Susan) of Tavares, Florida; her grandchildren, Dustin Brecklin (Stephanie), Adam Brecklin (Jill), Nate Brecklin (Brooklyn), Kalie Brecklin and Beau Brecklin; her great grandchildren, Paige, Austin, Kaeden, Avery and Dawson Brecklin; and her sister Judy Beeney (Marion) of East Peoria.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association Central Illinois Chapter, 614 West Glen Avenue, Peoria, IL 61614.
