Strode of Washington, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Joann Strode (Olson); and his brother John "Brad" Strode. He is survived by: his father John "Buck"; his sister-in-law Julie Strode of Champaign; and his nephew John "JD" Strode (Nikki) of Chicago.

Memorials may be made to the OSF Heller Center for Kids or to St. Mark's Lutheran.
