He is survived by: his wife Krystal Blair (Cox); his daughter Tiffany Weller (Brandan) of East Peoria; his stepdaughters, Trish (Randy Bubalough) of Marquette Heights and Monica Neff (Mitch) of Hanna City; his grandchildren, Austin, Allison Neff, Zoe, Trayton Weller and Sabel Floyd; his siblings, Sonjia Armstrong of Washington and Leon Blair (Sandy) of East Peoria; and his son Tuffy Blair.
