He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Sandifer of Washington; and his children, Darlene Payne (Jeff) of East Peoria, IL, Keith Wilson (Tina) of Low Point and Matt Wilson (Jill) of Winston Salem, NC.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
