He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hubbard and Irene Watson Hubbard; his wife Linda Thomas; and his brothers, Harold and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Kimber McQuiston (Mike) of Washington, Kelly Hubbard (Scott Thomas), Jim Lambert of East Peoria and Ron Lambert (Teri) of Washington; his grandchildren, Kaley, Justin, Emily, Josh, Nathan and Christina; and his siblings, Shirley Haun of Princeton and Larry Hubbard of Wyanet. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
