He was predeceased by: his parents, George A Crook and Alice M Crook. He is survived by: his wife Wilma E Crook; his children, Debbie Mirly (Ray), Steve Crook (Patty) and Ellen Muskopf (Dave); his grandchildren, Jason Williams (Jamie), Jeremy Williams, Colton Crook, Brad Muskopf (Jamie), Kyle Muskopf and Lindsey Muskopf; his stepgrandchildren, Doug Williams (Theresa) and Jenifer Williams; his great grandchildren, Isaac Williams, Amelia Lawrence, Spencer Williams, Mark, Allison Williams, Miles, Victoria Muskopf and Bryan Hatch; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Anna, Charlie, Claire Williams, Victoria Bement and McLean Ready; and his sister Barbara Frietag (Alan). He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
