He is survived by: his brothers, Donald Crook, James F. Crook (Trish), David Crook (Michael Marler) and Ronald P. "Gunner" Crook; his nieces and nephews, Jason Crook, Jennifer Crook, Kevin Crook, Colby Crook (Kristina) and Kelsey Crook; and also Carson Crook.
