He is survived by: his wife Sarah Salazar; his sons, Tyler W. Kreamalmeyer of Waterloo, IL., Joshua S. Salazar and Justin D. Salazar; his parents, James P. Salazar and Yong C. Salazar of St. Charles, MO; his father-in-law Jerry Kreamalmeyer of Dupo, IL; his brother Bruce Salazar (Jayne) of Columbia, IL; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Carson and Henry.
