He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester S. Fulford and Mabel Fulford; his siblings, Charles Fulford and Pauline Bilzing; his nephew Ricky Bilzing; his great-nephew Robbie Stewart; and his great-niece Stephanie Fulford.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Linda Bilzing, Victoria Eugea (Jim), Michael Bilzing and Charles Fulford (Jean); and his sister-in-law Barbara Fulford. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews; and cousins.
