He was predeceased by : his parents, Adolf Koch and Mary Catherine Koch; and his brother Richard Koch. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Koch; his children, Emily Koch (Jacob Mueth), Michael Koch, Richard Koch, Jeffery, Angela and Mary; his sister Marilyn Pickett; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Koch. He is also survived by nieces; nephews and their children and their children's children.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: New Life Evangelical Center or Wounded Warriors.
