We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2018, at the age of 88, Norma Mardell Steinhardt (Waterloo, Illinois), born in East Saint Louis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Rhine and Hazel Rhine; her son Robert Steinhardt; and her siblings, Carl Rhine and Eugenia Fults.

She is survived by: her spouse Melvin Steinhardt; her children, Steven Steinhardt (Marie), Kim Steinhardt (JoAnn) and Robin Hunter; and her grandchildren, Aaron (Nicole), Tanner, Sam, Mary, Allyson and Andrea. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
