He is survived by: his parents, Frank and Mary; his children, Linda Davis, Edward Alan Polacek and DeWayne "Wino" Polacek; his siblings, William Polacek, Frank Polacek, Edward Polacek, Emmie Schmidt and Violet Burke; his children, Don Polacek (Mary Lou), Lawrence Dean Polacek (Lori), Fults, Keith Polacek, Lenexxa, Angela Waterloo (Kenny Kettler), Teresa Witt and Christine Pfeffer (John); his sister Marcella Roider; his sister-in-law Lynette Polacek; and also, Ditte and Baldwin. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
