She was predeceased by : her parents, Ira Gibbons and Sarah Mae Gibbons (Seabaugh); her husband Roger Brown; her daughter Patricia Brown; her grandchildren, Tristan Emerson and Courtney Bires; her siblings, Glendola Gibbons, Faye Seabaugh, Yonetta Moore, Donald Gibbons and Jim Gibbons; and her sons-in-law, Michael Emerson and Rusty Collins.

She is survived by : her sons, Ricky Brown of Papineau and Greg; her daughter-in-law Susan Brown of Moultrie, GA; her daughters, Tonia Collins of Donovan, Sonia (Kevin Bulmann), Donna (Scott Wascher) and Rhonda Emerson of Beaverville; and her sister Thelma Beckett of Cape Girardeau, MO. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
