She is survived by: her children, David Hernandez (Shirley) and Sylvia Hernandez; her grandchildren, Tony Hernandez (Lucy), Wendy Hernandez (Brian), Jessica Hernandez and Diaz (Hector); her great grandchildren, Janessa Hernandez and Isabella Marchese; and her great great grandchild Josiah Dario Diaz. She is also survived by 4 sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of Waukegan (1521 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ascension Catholic Cemetery (1920 W Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048).
