Hernández, Neftalí Méndez, Elí G. Hernández, Juan S. Méndez, Xóchilt J. Hernández, Jasmín Méndez, Jacqueline Méndez, Sheila I. Hernández, Sarai Méndez and Marko Anthony Méndez; his great grandchild Azariah Y. Carleton; and his siblings, Carlos Méndez, Ángel Méndez, Gloria Méndez, Antolín Méndez and Mercedes Méndez.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Latin Pentecostal Church of God (656 Powell Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Latin Pentecostal Church of God (565 Powell Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085). A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olivet Memorial Park (1436 Kenosha Rd, Zion, IL 60099).
