He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chapley and Mary Chapley. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Jachim); his sons, David and Tim Chapley (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Justin, Dylan and Tyler; and his sister Loraine Russell.

Due to COVID 19 services will be held privately for the family.
