It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris L. Pierce of Waukegan, Illinois, born in Grayslake, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Wickersheim and Emil Wickersheim; her husband Lt Robert F. Pierce; and her siblings, Joe, Roy Wickersheim, June Hoenes, Ellen Fisher and Gladys Brose.

She is survived by: her brother Joseph; and her daughter Patricia of Pat, PP. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the St. Dismas Women's Club, Senior Services in Crystal Lake or, closest to Pat's heart, the Glaucoma Foundation.
