He is survived by: his son-in-law Pastor John Caples; his children, Angela Renita "Nita" Long (Ed), Celestia R. Caples (John), Cynthia D. Dyse (Richard), Faith Marie Johnson (late Paul) and Charles David McBride; his siblings, Willie Jean Hunter, Jerry Williams-Evans, Ernest McBride and Eddie McBride; his grandchildren, Shauna Nicole Hacker (Craig), Stephanie Latrice Long, Tiffany L. Peppers (Greg), Benjamin Hall (Felecia), Jeremy Hall, Alyssa Juergensen (Zach) and Vanessa D. Caples; his great grandchildren, Mitchell Hacker, Kaitlyn Hacker-Melendez (Jesus), Max Hacker, Nicholas Jared Long, Imani Latrice Raines-Long, Benjamin Jeremiah Hall and Tristan Ivory Caples; and his daughters, Gloria Lewis (George), Annette Oglesby (Anthony), Marilyn Kneeland-Jones and Yolonda Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
