She is survived by: her husband Samuel Lugo Reyes; her children, Beatrice Arroyo (William) and Carlos Lugo (Becky); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Ricardo, Pablo, Amanda, Melody, Jaritza and Levi; her great grandchildren, Samuel, Gabriel Jr., Ezequiel, Amando, Aselea, Zenada, Ezerella, Avi, Ozias, Zacarias, Xavier, Josiah and Janessa; and her siblings, Wilfredo Maldonado, Angel Maldonado and Nirza Vega.
