It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Excelsa Porras Esteban of Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruperto Porras and Solidad Roxas. She is survived by: her husband Efren; her sons, Eric (Stephanie), Erwin and Elmer (Emily); her grandchildren, Sophia, Mason and Emma; and her siblings, Thomas Porras and Jocelyn Tomalto. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
