He was predeceased by: his father Ezekiel Carter; and his sisters, Tessie McClain and Dolores Wheeler. He is survived by: his mother Julia Carter; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Atlantis Carter, Marquell Jermone Carter, Burell Lareece Carter, Celina Ezera Carter, Damekiel Carter, Montrell Randle, Sharrece Randle, Keyia Davis and Ezekiel Randle; and his siblings, William Miller (Donna), Pastor Carrie Wheeler Moore, Josephine Wood, Shirley Carter, Jackie McClain, Craig McClain and Brian McClain (Crystal). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with current State of Illinois Phase 4 regulations, all guests will be required to wear a face mask at all times. There will be a maximum of 50 people allowed in the funeral home at a time and proper social distancing must be practiced.
