He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clay and Esterlene Clay. He is survived by: his wife Jean Clay; his children, Joseph Motes, Rachel Clay and Gary Clay, Jr.; his grandsons, John, David, Matthew and Isaiah; his brothers, Jerry Lee Clay (Linda) and James Evans; and his nephews, Randy, Joseph and Grant. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
