He is survived by : his children, James Womack Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Michael Womack (Nakeya) of Zion, IL, Sheila Bradley (James) of Zion, IL and Kesha Reid (Brice) of Zion, IL; his siblings, Michael Ellis (Monica) of North Chicago, IL, Elzora Smith of Houston, TX, Bonita Smith of Kenosha, WI and Mary McQueen (Raymond) of North Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, James Bradley (Daphne), Aaron Bradley, Rashinae Anis, James Arberry, Destiny Reid, Bryce Barnes, Jaden Parham, Kennedy Bradley, Makayla Womack, Michael Womack Jr., Kori Turner, Makara Womack, Mekhi Womack and Devyn Reid; his stepmother Ann Adams; and his friends, David Foster, Truman McQueen, Johnny Johnson, Norman Jackson, Peggy Richardson and Ruby Thompson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
