He was predeceased by: his brother Gabriel; and his mother Fidencia. He is survived by: his children, Luis, Claudia, Erika, Cindy, Javier Jr. and Laura; his wife Leticia; and his siblings, Dora and Roberto.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of Waukegan (1521 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085).
