He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Proctor and Dorothy Evelyn Proctor (Chisholm); and his brothers, Jim Proctor and Larry Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Fry; his daughter Amy Lynn Proctor; his sister Susan Fox (Dick); and his sibling's children, Michael Fox, Kevin Proctor, Laura Ray (Timothy), Theresa Proctor and Kori Proctor.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the family.
