It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Luis Colon (Waukegan, Illinois), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith Ramirez and Jose Colon of Puerto Rican. He is also survived by mother, caretaker and loving sister; also a host of siblings, nephews, nieces.
